• Automated Egg Loading & Orientation
  Eggs are automatically loaded onto the accumulator rollers using the ZENYER 615 Automatic Egg Loader (30 eggs per cycle) if selected.
  After loading, eggs pass through the 6-row candling booth for visual inspection, allowing operators to manually remove cracked, dirty, or unqualified eggs. The candling cover and mirror enhance visibility.
  The integrated orientator then directs 6 lines of eggs into 3 single lines and feeds them into the three egg washers.

• Automatic Sanitizing & Thorough Cleaning

  • A proportional doser automatically sprays sanitizer or detergent (customer-provided) for consistent disinfection.

  • Eggs are washed with rotating brushes and warm water (water heater available separately upon request).

• High-Performance Drying System
  Brushes remove surface water before the drying system finishes the process, achieving up to 99% dryness depending on environmental humidity.
