Features:

-- Made of stainless steel for better durability, corrosion resistance and hygiene. 

-- ZENYER 301A egg washing grading line is comprised of the Zenyer 201A egg washer, the 604A accumulator and

the 102B egg grader with a capacity of 5,000 eggs/hour.

-- Includes sanitizing, brush washing and drying, UV sterilization, candling, grading functions, and optional

604AS accumulator, 602 vacuum egg lifter and egg printer.

-- Eggs are vacuum lifted and loaded onto the 604AS accumulator using the 602 vacuum egg lifter and then

the accumulator will transport eggs to the single row egg washing system.

-- Only half the regular labour is needed for egg loading if used with the accumulator and vacuum egg lifter.

-- Can be installed either in a straight line, or at a right/left hand angle depending on the customer's preferences.
