Features:

-- Made of strong stainless steel for great durability and hygiene.
-- Includes egg accumulating, candling, head turning, grading & counting, auto packing and manual packing functions with a capacity of 20,000 eggs/hour.
-- Features a color touchscreen and PLC control system with self-diagnosis function.
-- Ideally, connect to a rod conveyor leading from the chicken shed, eggs from the shed will flow to the machine directly.
-- Also, you can have a Zenyer 615 automatic egg loader connected to the machine, making egg loading more easier and efficient as eggs will be loaded onto the roller of egg grader automatically.
-- Eggs are transported to the candling section. You can check for any cracked, dirty or otherwise unqualified eggs through the LED light by sight, and manually take them out. There is also a candling cover and mirror for better candling results.
-- Head turning makes sure the eggs are orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
-- The optional UV sterilization sanitizes the egg shell for maximum food security.
-- Eggs are weighed electronically and graded into 4~7 grades with an accuracy of within ±1g.
-- It has a counting function, you can check how many eggs of each grade and total output have been processed.
-- There are 3 auto-packers and 1 manual packing lane shown on the floor plan, you can swap the manual packing lane to auto packing lane if you want.
-- Empty cartons/trays need to be loaded onto the empty tray conveyor manually, the conveyor will transport the cartons/trays to where the eggs will drop from.
-- The auto packer supports the 10, 12, 15, 18 and ​30 egg cartons/trays.
-- Aside from the sizes of eggs managed by auto packing, all other grades of eggs will drop off onto the manual packing lane and off-grade table.
-- The manual packing lane can be split into two sections to accommodate two egg sizes if needed.
-- Can connect with the Zenyer 203A egg washer to assemble a Zenyer 303A egg processing line with a capacity of 20,000 eggs/hour.
