ZENYER 202T Plastic Egg Tray Washer – Features & Benefits

  • Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Build
    Constructed from strong stainless steel for excellent durability, hygiene, and compliance with food processing standards, making it suitable for high-volume egg tray cleaning.

  • Dual-Channel, High-Capacity Design

    • Features two fully independent washing channels, each with automatic tray denesting, sanitizing, washing & rinsing, brushing, drying, and tray nesting functions.

    • Capable of washing up to 2,400 egg trays per hour, making it ideal for large-scale egg production facilities.

  • Automatic Tray Handling
    Simply place a stack of plastic trays into the automatic denester. The machine separates the trays one by one and moves them through each process via the conveyor.

  • Dual Water Tank System for Maximum Hygiene

    • Tank 1: Used for washing and sanitizing. Operators can add sanitizer or disinfectant (in compliance with local food safety regulations). Includes a filter to remove impurities and maintain recycled water quality.

    • Tank 2: Collects used rinse water from the final rinse and drying stages. This water drains away and is not recycled, ensuring trays are always rinsed with fresh city water.

  • Powerful Drying System

    • Each channel is equipped with six drying fans (three blowing from below and three from above), for a total of 12 fans that deliver excellent drying performance.

    • Each channel also includes a rotating brush in the drying section to remove residual water for better drying efficiency.

    • Water from the drying process flows into Tank 2 for disposal.

  • Automatic Tray Nesting
    At the end of the process, washed and dried trays are automatically nested, significantly reducing manual labor and saving time.

  • User-Friendly Control Panel
    Equipped with a color touchscreen and physical buttons, allowing operators to easily control and monitor all machine functions.
