ZENYER 201T Tray Washer – Features & Benefits

• Durable Stainless Steel Construction
  Built with strong stainless steel for excellent durability, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards, making it ideal for commercial egg tray cleaning.

• Fully Automated Tray Washing Process
  Combines automatic tray denesting, sanitizing, washing & rinsing, brushing, drying, and tray nesting into one streamlined process with a maximum capacity of 1,200 egg trays per hour.

• Efficient Tray Handling

  • Simply place a stack of plastic egg trays into the automatic denester, which separates them one by one and sends them along the conveyor.

  • After washing and drying, the trays are automatically nested again at the end of the process, saving labor and time.

• Dual Water Tank System for Optimal Hygiene

  • Tank 1: Used for washing and sanitizing. Sanitizer or disinfectant can be added (in compliance with local food safety regulations). Includes a filter to remove impurities and maintain water quality for reuse.

  • Tank 2: Collects used rinse water from the final rinse stage and drying section. This water is not recycled, ensuring trays are rinsed with clean, fresh city water.

• Advanced Drying System

  • Five drying fans ensure excellent moisture removal: two fans blow from underneath, three from above.

  • A rotating brush in the drying section removes excess surface water for faster and more efficient drying.

  • Water collected from the drying stage flows into Tank 2 for drainage.

• User-Friendly Control Panel
  Features a color touchscreen and physical buttons, allowing operators to easily manage all machine functions with intuitive controls.

• Time-Saving, Labor-Reducing Solution
