  • Efficient Egg Loading & Candling
    Eggs are loaded onto the ZENYER 605A Accumulator using the 602 Vacuum Egg Lifter, then combined from 6 lines into 1 line before entering the washer.
    A 6-row LED candling station under the accumulator allows operators to manually remove cracked, dirty, or otherwise unqualified eggs. A candling cover and mirror further enhance inspection results.

  • Automatic Sanitizing System
    The proportional doser sprays sanitizer or detergent (customer-provided) onto eggs automatically, ensuring consistent and safe sanitization.

  • Thorough Brush Cleaning System
    Eggs are washed with rotating brushes and warm water (water heater sold separately – contact us if required).

  • Improved Drying Efficiency
    Excess water is brushed off before the drying system completes the process, achieving up to 99% drying results depending on humidity conditions.

  • Perfect Grader Integration
    Designed to pair with:

    • ZENYER 104A Egg Grader → forms the ZENYER 302A Egg Washing & Grading Line

    • ZENYER 104B Egg Grader → forms the ZENYER 302AS Egg Washing & Grading Line
      Both configurations offer a capacity of 10,000 eggs per hour.
