• Efficient Egg Loading
  When paired with the 605AS Accumulator and 602 Vacuum Egg Lifter, eggs are vacuum-lifted, loaded onto the accumulator, and automatically fed into the washing machine – reducing labor needs by up to 50%.

• Automatic Sanitizing System
  A proportional doser automatically sprays sanitizer or detergent (customer-supplied) onto eggs for improved food safety and compliance.

• Brush Washing System with Warm Water
  Eggs are cleaned by rotating brushes with warm water (water heater sold separately – consult us if needed).

• Superior Drying Results
  Brushes sweep off excess water, while the drying system ensures up to 99% drying efficiency, depending on humidity.

• Seamless Integration with Graders
  Can be connected with the ZENYER 102B Egg Grader, 604A Accumulator, and optional ZENYER 401H Egg Printer, 602 Vacuum Egg Lifter and 605AS Accumulator to form a ZENYER 301A Egg Washing & Grading Line with a capacity of 5,000 eggs/hour.
