  • Can be paired with the ZENYER 605AS Accumulator and 602 Vacuum Egg Lifter to load 30 eggs at a time.

  • The accumulator automatically merges 6 lines of eggs into a single line before transferring them to the egg separator conveyor, significantly improving efficiency and reducing manual labor.

• Integrated Candling Function
  The 605AS Accumulator includes a candling booth with LED lights, cover, and mirror to allow operators to manually remove cracked, dirty, or otherwise unqualified eggs before processing.

• Flexible Installation Options

  • Can be used as a standalone offline machine.

  • Can also be integrated with an egg washer to create a more productive assembly line with the same 8,000 eggs/hour capacity.
