    Together, they provide a seamless egg washing and grading process with a capacity of 10,000 eggs per hour.

• Complete Processing Functions
  Performs egg accumulating, candling, sanitizing, washing, drying, grading, counting, and manual collection in one continuous line.
  Optional upgrades include:

  • Vacuum Egg Lifter for easier loading

  • Egg Printer for traceability and batch coding

  • UV Sterilization for maximum food safety

• User-Friendly Control System

  • The 202A Egg Washer features a free-standing control panel.

  • The 104B Egg Grader is equipped with a color touchscreen control panel for setting grading specifications and monitoring output.
    Both are interlock-controlled for safe and synchronized operation.

• Enhanced Candling Inspection
  The 605A Accumulator includes a candling booth with LED lights, a cover, and a mirror, allowing operators to manually remove cracked, dirty, or otherwise unqualified eggs before they proceed to washing and grading.

• Accurate Grading with Manual Collection
  The 104B Egg Grader sorts eggs into 6 sizes with an accuracy of ±1 gram. Graded eggs flow to a manual collection table, where operators can gather eggs from each channel and pack them into trays or cartons.
