The ZENYER 302AP combines three major components:

- Compact, Space-Saving Design
The 104AP combines an inclined tray loading and auto-packing system with a single-lane electronic egg grader. Its compact layout occupies less floor space than a conventional automatic grading and packing system, making the 302AP particularly suitable for egg farms and packing facilities where production space is limited.
- Comprehensive Processing Functions
Performs egg accumulating, candling, sanitizing, brush washing, drying, orientation, electronic grading, counting and automatic packing in one streamlined production line.

- Enhanced Built-in Candling Inspection
The ZENYER 605AS Accumulator includes a candling booth with a cover and mirror, allowing operators to inspect the eggs and manually remove cracked, dirty or otherwise unsuitable eggs before washing and grading.
- Automatic Sanitizing, Washing & Drying
The 202A Egg Washer automatically sanitizes the eggs before cleaning them with rotating brushes and warm water. Excess water is then removed before the eggs pass through the drying system, preparing them for accurate grading and packing.
- Automatic Egg Orientation
After washing and drying, the eggs are automatically oriented with the air cell facing upward before grading and packing. Correct orientation improves product presentation and helps maintain egg quality during storage.
- High-Accuracy Electronic Grading
Each egg is individually weighed using a precise electronic weighing system and sorted according to the selected weight specifications. With a grading accuracy of ±1 gram, the system delivers consistent and reliable results for every production batch.
- Two-Step Automatic Packing
Graded eggs are first transferred into the drop-set cups. Once the required number of eggs has accumulated, the drop set releases them simultaneously into the individual cells of the egg tray or carton.
This two-step packing process ensures accurate egg placement and smooth, consistent packing.
- Multiple Packaging Options
The 104AP automatic packing system supports the following packaging formats:
- Labour-Saving Inclined Packing System
Operators simply place empty cartons or trays onto the inclined loading conveyor and collect the filled packages from the same side of the machine.
This convenient layout allows one operator to manage both empty-package loading and filled-package collection, reducing labour requirements and operating costs while improving packing efficiency and consistency.
- User-Friendly Controls
The ZENYER 202A Egg Washer features a free-standing control panel, while the ZENYER 104AP Egg Grader is equipped with a colour touchscreen and PLC control system.
Operators can conveniently set grading specifications, calibrate weighing accuracy, adjust packing parameters and monitor production data through the touchscreen. Both systems are interlock-controlled for safe and synchronized operation.
- Optional UV Disinfection
An optional ultraviolet disinfection system can be installed to further sanitize the eggshell surface, enhancing food safety and farm biosecurity.
- Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics – Wi-Fi-Ready PLC Control System
The system is supplied with a Wi-Fi repeater, enabling remote monitoring and diagnostics via the internet.
In the event of a software-related issue, the ZENYER service team can remotely access the control system—with the customer’s permission—to diagnose problems and provide technical support. This helps minimize downtime and maintain continuous, efficient operation.
