    The ZENYER 301A integrates three key components:

    • ZENYER 201A Egg Washer

    • 604A Accumulator

    • 102B Egg Grader
      This combination provides a seamless process from loading through to grading, with a capacity of 5,000 eggs per hour.

  • All-in-One Functionality
    Performs single roller conveyor loading, sanitizing, brush washing, drying, candling, and grading in a single continuous workflow. Optional add-ons include:

    • 605AS Accumulator (upgraded model for smoother egg flow)

    • 602 Vacuum Egg Lifter for reduced manual handling

    • Egg Printer for date coding and traceability

  • Efficient Egg Loading
    Eggs are vacuum-lifted and loaded onto the 605AS accumulator using the 602 vacuum lifter. The accumulator then automatically transports eggs into the single-row washer, significantly reducing labor input.

  • Labor-Saving Design
    Requires only half the usual labor for egg loading when used with the accumulator and vacuum egg lifter, improving efficiency and reducing operational costs.

  • Flexible Installation Options
    Can be installed in a straight line or at a right/left-hand angle to suit the customer’s facility layout.
