Automated Palletizing for Egg Trays
Manual palletizing of egg trays can be labor-intensive and costly. The ZENYER 616 Robotic Palletizer provides a fully automated solution for stacking egg trays onto pallets, improving efficiency and reducing labor costs.
Seamless Integration
- Designed to integrate with a Farm Packer with Tray Stacker, creating a fully automated end-of-line solution.
- Receives tray stacks directly from the farm packer conveyor for smooth operation.
High-Efficiency Robotic Arm
- Picks up one stack of six trays at a time and places them on the pallet.
- After a full layer of egg trays is placed, you need manually pick up a layer divider and places it on top before the robotic arm continuing with the next layer.
- Repeats the process until the pallet has up to five layers of egg trays stacked.
Flexible Tray & Pallet Compatibility
- Suitable for both pulp and plastic egg trays.
- Can stack on plastic pallets or timber pallets, allowing flexibility based on customer preference and supply chain requirements.
