  Combines a belt & roller conveyor, candler, and orientator to streamline egg handling before washing or grading.

• Efficient Vacuum Loading

  • Compatible with the ZENYER 602 Vacuum Egg Lifter, allowing 30 eggs to be loaded at a time onto the accumulator.

  • Improves loading efficiency and reduces manual handling.

• Candling for Quality Control

  • Eggs pass through the candling booth, where cracked, dirty, or otherwise unqualified eggs can be identified and manually removed.

  • Features LED lights, a candling cover, and a mirror to improve inspection accuracy and ensure reliable results.

• Smooth Orientation & Transfer

  • The orientator merges 3 lines of eggs into a single line and transfers them seamlessly to a single-conveyor egg washer or grader.

  • Designed to minimize egg collisions or damage during the process.

• Adjustable Speed Control
  Comes with a control panel that allows operators to adjust the conveyor speed via up/down arrows to match the throughput of connected equipment.
