    • Connects seamlessly with the ZENYER 615A Automatic Egg Loader, which automatically loads eggs onto the roller conveyor, reducing labor and improving workflow efficiency.

    • Eggs are automatically oriented with the air chamber facing upward, helping maximize shelf life before packing.

  • LED Candling System
    Eggs pass through an LED-lit candling booth, where operators can visually detect cracked, dirty, or leaking eggs. Includes a candling cover and mirror for enhanced inspection accuracy.

    Weighs and grades eggs into 4–7 grades with an accuracy of ±1g and provides detailed counts per grade as well as total output.

    • Comes standard with 8 auto-packers, with the option to add more as required to meet production demands.

    • Supports 10, 12, 15, 18, and 30-egg cartons/trays.

    • The remaining unpacked eggs are diverted to a dedicated manual collection table, which can be split into 2~3 sections for sorting multiple egg sizes simultaneously.

  • Scalable & Future-Proof
