Flexible Egg Loading Options
Includes egg grading, counting, and a manual collection table as standard.
Load eggs manually using the ZENYER 605A Accumulator and 602 Vacuum Egg Lifter (30 eggs per lift).
Alternatively, connect the accumulator to a rod conveyor directly from the chicken shed, allowing eggs to flow automatically into the accumulator for continuous operation.
High-Precision Electronic Grading
Sorts eggs into up to 6 grades using an electronic weighing scale with an accuracy of ±1 gram, delivering consistent and reliable results.
Smart Touchscreen Control Panel
Equipped with a color touchscreen control panel for easy operation. Allows users to set grading specifications, calibrate weighing accuracy, and monitor both total and per-size egg counts in real time.
Built-In Self-Diagnosis System
Automatically diagnoses potential malfunctions, helping to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
Scalable for High-Volume Operations
