The ZENYER 104AP combines an inclined tray loading and auto-packing system with a single-lane electronic egg grader. Its compact footprint makes it ideal for egg farms and packing facilities where floor space is limited.

- Medium-Capacity Egg Grading
With a rated capacity of 10,000 eggs per hour, the 104AP is designed for medium-scale egg operations that require efficient grading and automatic packing without occupying excessive production space.

- Electronic Weighing & Grading
Uses a precise electronic weighing system to sort eggs accurately by weight. This ensures consistent grading results and improves the presentation and quality control of every batch.

- Automatic Egg Orientation
Automatically positions eggs with the air cell facing upward before grading and packing, helping improve egg presentation and extend storage life.

- Two-Step Automatic Packing
Graded eggs are first transferred into the drop-set cups. Once the required number of eggs has accumulated, the drop set releases them simultaneously into the individual cells of the egg tray or carton. This two-step packing process ensures accurate egg placement and smooth, consistent packing.

- Compatible with Multiple Carton and Tray Sizes
The automatic packing system supports several commonly used egg packaging formats:

  • 5 × 6 egg trays — 30 eggs
  • 2 × 6 egg cartons — 12 eggs
  • 2×2×3 egg cartons — 12 eggs
  • 2 × 5 egg cartons — 10 eggs

This flexibility allows producers to pack different products on the same machine according to their market requirements.

- Reduced Labour Requirements
Operators simply place empty cartons or trays onto the inclined loading conveyor and collect the filled packages from the same side of the machine. This convenient layout allows one operator to manage both loading and collection, reducing labour requirements and costs while improving productivity and packing consistency.

- Integrated Counting & Production Monitoring
Automatically records the total number of eggs processed and the number of eggs in each weight grade, making daily production monitoring and record-keeping easier.

-Touchscreen & PLC Control
Equipped with a colour touchscreen and PLC control system. Operators can conveniently set grading parameters, calibrate weighing accuracy, select packing settings and monitor machine operation through the touchscreen.

-Optional UV Disinfection
An optional ultraviolet disinfection system is available to help sanitize eggshell surfaces and improve food safety and farm biosecurity.

- Scalable Egg Washing & Grading Solution
The ZENYER 104AP can be combined with the ZENYER 202A Egg Washer to form the ZENYER 302AP Egg Washing, Grading & Packing Line, with a rated capacity of 10,000 eggs per hour.

- Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics
The Wi-Fi-ready PLC control system supports remote monitoring and diagnostics. With the customer’s permission, the ZENYER service team can remotely access the system to diagnose software-related issues, provide technical support and help minimize production downtime.
