    Equipped with a candling booth featuring LED lights, a cover, and a mirror to enhance visibility. Allows operators to easily detect and manually remove cracked, dirty, or otherwise unqualified eggs.

  • Efficient Egg Loading Process
    Load 30 eggs at a time using the vacuum lifter. Eggs are then divided into three lines by the accumulator and automatically fed into the grader’s roller conveyor.

  • Flexible Layout Options
    Available with left-hand or right-hand feeding roller models to suit your farm or packing facility layout.

  • Seamless Integration
    Can be connected with the ZENYER 201A Egg Washer to form a ZENYER 301A Egg Washing & Grading Line with a total capacity of 5,000 eggs/hour.
