-- Made of strong stainless steel for great durability and hygiene.
-- Includes automatic egg tray denesting, sanitizing, washing & rinsing, brushing, drying and automatic egg tray nesting functions all in one machine with a maximum capacity of 1,200 egg trays/hour. -- You can put a stack of plastic egg trays into the denesting device manually, the device will denest the trays automatically, and the main conveyor of the machine will send them to the next process. -- The machine has 2 water tanks, water tank 1 is for egg tray washing and sanitizing, you can add sanitizer or disinfectant (follow the food authority requirements in your area) into the water tank to ensure the egg tray washing meet all rules and standards. -- The water that is used to wash trays is recycled and used again, there's a filter above the tank that filter impurities to improve recycled water quality.
-- Plastic egg trays will be rinsed with city water (fresh water). The used water will flow down to water tank 2 and drain out through the drain pipe, it will not be recycled.
-- Water on the plastic egg trays will be swept off by brushes, while the remaining water on the tray will be blown off by the drying fan system. 2 drying fans blow from below the trays, the other 3 drying fans blow from on top of the trays, meanwhile there's a brush at the drying section to remove excess water from the top of the trays for better drying results and efficiency. Water from the drying section will fall to water tank 2. -- The washed & dried plastic egg tray will be nested automatically at the end of the machine, which greatly saves your time. -- The machine has a control panel with a color touchscreen and physical buttons, all the functions can be controlled through the buttons on it.
