Features:

-- Made of strong stainless steel for great durability and hygiene. 

-- It can satisfy any egg cleaning and drying requirements well.

-- Includes single roller conveyor, sanitizing, washing and drying functions, it can also be equipped with an optional accumulator, vacuum

egg lifter, candler and/or egg printer. It has a capacity of 5,000 eggs/hour.

-- Eggs are vacuum lifted and loaded onto the 604AS accumulator through the 602 vacuum egg lifter, and then the 

accumulator will transport eggs to the single row egg washing machine.

-- Only half of the normal labour for egg loading is needed if the accumulator and vacuum egg lifter are used together

with the machine.

-- The proportional doser sprays sanitizer or detergent (customer provides chemicals) onto eggs automatically

for food security purpose.

-- The eggs will be cleaned by brushes with warm water  (the price doesn't include a water heater, consult our

representatives if needed). 

-- Water on the eggs will be swept off by the brushes, and meanwhile the eggs themselves are dried by the drying 

system. The drying result can reach up to 99% depending on the environment humidity.

-- Connect with Zenyer 102B egg grader, the 604B conveyor and the optional 401H egg printer, the 604AS accumulator

and/or the 602 vacuum egg lifter to assemble a Zenyer 301A egg processing line with a capacity of 5,000 eggs/hour.
