Features:
--- Made of stainless steel for better durability, corrosion resistance and hygiene.
-- ZENYER 301A egg processing line is comprised of the 201A egg washer, the 604B conveyor and the 102B egg grader.
-- Including sanitizer, brush washing and drying, UV sterilizing, candling, grading, and optional the 605G accumulator, the 602 vacuum egg lifter and ZENYER egg printer with a capacity of 5000 eggs/hour.
-- Eggs are vacuum lifted and loaded onto the 605G accumulator by using the 602 lifter and then the accumulator will direct 6 lines of eggs into 1 line and transport them to single row egg washing system.
-- Only need half-labour for egg loading if choose the accumulator and vacuum egg lifter upon request.
-- Can be installed either in a straight line, or in a right hand turning, or a left hand turning based on the room space of your shed.
