Details
Manually place stacks of egg trays on the pallet can be time consuming and expensive. A robot palletizer is a machine which provides automatic means for stacking egg trays on a pallet.
The ZENYER robot palletizer can be integrated into your Farm packer with Tray stacker.
Robotic arm picks up one stack of 6 trays per time from the conveyor of Farm packer and loads them onto a pallet, until a full layer of egg trays is configured to be placed on the pallet, then the robot arm picks up a divider and put it on the first layer, and repeats the process to configure the second layer until the layers is up to 5.
It can process both plastic and pulp trays, can stack on plastic pallets as well as timber pallets.
