The Zenyer 615A automatic egg loader with double head loader, includes a stack tray loading conveyor (conveyor 1), a rotating plate, 2 double lifter heads (lifter head 1 and lifter head 2), a single tray conveyor (conveyor 2) and an empty tray nester as well.
It transfers egg trays and load eggs quickly and gently with capacity up to 60,000 eggs/hour, suitable for both pulp and plastic trays. It can also be flexibly integrated into existing or new egg processing equipment.
It has control panel with a user friendly color touchscreen and physical buttons to allow for easy control of the machine and access to the system.

Features:
-- You can load stacks of egg trays (no more than 6 trays per stack) on conveyor 1 manually, the conveyor will transfer the egg tray under lifter head 1, then head 1 sucks the 2 whole trays of eggs (including the tray itself) and transfers them onto conveyor 2.
-- When the 30-eggs tray arrives under lifter head 2, head 2 will suck 2*30 eggs up from the tray and load the eggs onto the roller conveyor of egg grader. 
-- The empty tray will be transported to the empty tray nester and then be stacked automatically.
-- There's a stuck egg detector on conveyor 2 to detect if there were any eggs which didn't get sucked by lifter head successfully (leaving egg(s) remaining on the tray). If this occurs on a tray, the tray will not be stacked by 2 tray nesters, but instead, will flow to the end of the conveyor where you can collect it manually.
-- It has a self-diagnosis system, which diagnoses any malfunctions that may occur.
-- The Zenyer 615A auto egg loader is specially designed to pair with egg grader which makes egg loading easier and more efficient.
