Complete Automatic Egg Loading Solution
Includes a stack tray loading conveyor (Conveyor 1), two lifter heads, single tray conveyor (Conveyor 2), and an empty tray nester — providing a fully automated and seamless egg loading process.
Efficient Tray & Egg Handling
Operators manually place stacks of egg trays (up to 6 trays per stack) on Conveyor 1.
Lifter Head 1 lifts the entire tray of eggs (with tray) and places it onto Conveyor 2.
Lifter Head 2 lifts 30 eggs from the tray and loads them onto the roller conveyor of the egg grader.
Automatic Empty Tray Nesting
After eggs are removed, the empty tray is automatically transported to the tray nester for stacking, saving significant time and labor.
Stuck Egg Detection System
Equipped with a stuck egg detector on Conveyor 2 to check for eggs that were not successfully lifted.
If eggs remain on a tray, the system automatically diverts the tray to a separate collection point for manual inspection rather than stacking it — preventing damage or contamination.
User-Friendly Control System
Operated via a color touchscreen and physical buttons, allowing easy control and quick access to settings and diagnostics.
Features a self-diagnosis system to quickly identify and resolve potential malfunctions, minimizing downtime.
