  Equipped with a color touchscreen interface and PLC control system, along with a self-diagnosis function to quickly identify any operational issues and minimize downtime.

• Efficient Candling Inspection
  Eggs pass through an LED candling section for visual inspection. The booth includes a cover and mirror to improve visibility, allowing operators to manually remove cracked, dirty, or otherwise unqualified eggs.

• Optional UV Sterilization
  Offers UV disinfection to sanitize eggshells, enhancing food safety and meeting biosecurity standards.

• Automatic Orientation
  Aligns all eggs with the air chamber facing upward for better storage and longer shelf life before packing.

• Precision Electronic Grading & Counting
  Weighs and sorts eggs into 4–7 sizes with ±1g accuracy, while simultaneously counting total output and per-size quantities.

• Flexible Auto & Manual Packing

  • Comes with 4 auto-packers (with the option to add more as required).

  • Supports 10, 12, 15, 18, and 30-egg cartons/trays.

  • The remaining unpacked eggs are diverted to a manual collection table, which can be split into 2~3 sections to pack multiple egg sizes simultaneously.

• Optimized Egg Loading
  Can be paired with the ZENYER 615 Automatic Egg Loader, which automatically loads eggs onto the grader’s roller conveyor, improving efficiency and reducing labor needs.

• Scalable for Large-Scale Operations
  Connects with the ZENYER 204A Egg Washer to create the ZENYER 304A Egg Washing & Grading Line with a total capacity of 30,000 eggs per hour – perfect for large farms and industrial egg processing facilities.

  • Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics (Wi-Fi Ready PLC Control System)
    Supplied with a Wi-Fi repeater, enabling remote monitoring and diagnostics via the internet. In the event of software-related issues, our service team can access the system remotely (with customer permission) to quickly troubleshoot and resolve problems, helping minimize downtime and maintain continuous, efficient operation.
